Dynamic Acro 101 with Tom the Acrobat

An advanced standing acro weekend by Urban Acro in Zurich with circus artist Tom the Acrobat. Topics: perfecting H2H and F2H tempos, rotation initiation, catching technique, spotting, skill breakdowns, drills and progressions, with individual feedback.

Prerequisites: 20 seconds standing hand to hand, 20 seconds standing foot to hand, and H2H and F2H tempos without release. You register together with a training partner. Both days run from 10:00 to 17:00 with a one hour lunch break.
